Health Outreach Program

Our goal is to increase access to quality health care for low-income children and families in L.A. County through partnerships with provider agencies. All K-12 public schools and districts in the county may access health, vision and dental care services from HOP partner agencies. Eligible students and families are enrolled in Healthy Kids, Medi-Cal, Healthy Families and other free or low-cost health programs. Funding comes from First 5 L.A. and the L.A. County Department of Public Health.
