Welcome to Educational Leadership Programs (ELP)

ELP
is committed to providing services for administrators to meet the demands of 21st century schools.  ELP offers three levels of support.  Level I support is for aspiring administrators.  Level II support (AB 430) is for principals in Program Improvement, High Priority or those working toward a Tier II Credential.  Level III support provides training for experienced site and district administrators.  ELP supports student achievement through building the capacity of leaders in the 80 school districts in Los Angeles County.
