LACOE in collaboration with Dr. Elvira Armas and Dr. Magaly Lavadenz from Loyola Marymount University will offer a panel discussion led by Dr. Fernando Estrada. This panel presentation will provide key considerations for actualizing working alliances between psychosocial emotional experts, teachers, and counselors to support English Learners during distance learning. Strategies and resources for responsive social and emotional practices will be provided.
