LACOE has announced the appointment of Arthur Cunha as LACOE's new chief human resources officer effective July 16.
Cunha brings a 20-year track record of success in educational leadership, relationship building and improving student achievement. He joins LACOE from the Temple City Unified School District, where he has served as assistant superintendent of Personnel Services since 2014.

"I am truly looking forward to being part of the LACOE team, sharing my experiences and garnering different perspectives," Cunha said. "I believe in LACOE's goal to be a support for the districts we serve, and I will do my part to continue in that direction."
"I consider the opportunity to be part of the LACOE family both an honor and a blessing," he added.
