L.A. County Residents can now apply for Medi-Cal, CalWorks, CalFresh and General Relief benefit programs by visiting the department’s Your Benefits Now (YBN) website, available in English, Spanish, Armenian, Cambodian, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Tagalog and Vietnamese.
