School Counseling

School Counselors have a vital role in our schools and community. The mission of the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) is to support school districts in the development of comprehensive counseling programs based on the American School Counseling Association National Model and California’s Standard for the School Counseling Profession. We will provide professional development activities, resources and training for school counselors, administrators and support personnel.
