Transition Partnership Program (TPP)

 

TPP is a partnership between the Los Angeles County Office of Education and the California Department of Rehabilitation.

The collaboration assists at-promise youth between the ages of 16 and 19 to make a successful transition from school to work, using a holistic approach to help students achieve employment and educational goals.
