Human Resource System (HRS) and PeopleSoft Financials provide mission-critical core business functions to LACOE and over 125 educational institutions throughout the county of Los Angeles. HRS, an integrated payroll and retirement system, maintains information for over 147,000 employees. PeopleSoft Financials centralizes and standardizes LACOE’s financial processes.

Web Applications develops custom, web-based applications and programs, enhances functions in existing client websites, and hosts and supports various essential and mission-critical web-based applications. Student Information Systems provides development, maintenance and production support for the LACOE Educational Programs division.

Applications Development and Support is a department of LACOE Technology Services(TS)
