DCFS User Support Videos

EPS User Support Videos from the Los Angeles County Office of Education

This training module is broken up into 18 short videos by service area within the Educational Passport System (EPS). The videos will show you, as social workers, what you need to know to operate and access information within the system. In addition to viewing and retrieving school information, you will be able to notify schools about transfers of students (saving time) and quickly access youth on your caseload. This training and the individual modules will always be available for viewing, should you need a refresher on the features of EPS.
