Pathways is designed to provide LACOE employees with the opportunity to develop leadership aptitudes and enhance knowledge and skills for career development and promotional opportunities.
On Friday, May 30, 2025, LACOE’s Pathways II Building LACOE Leaders Program celebrated the completion of their 2024-25 professional leadership program. Under the direction of Human Resource Services, a cohort of 18 Pathfinders, the program participants, worked with each other, coaches and facilitators to develop leadership capacity and leverage professional networks.
