Welcome to the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) Vendor Self-Registration. This is the point of entry for prospective LACOE vendors to create a vendor profile and register with LACOE in order to compete for opportunities to provide goods, general services and construction services.
The Los Angeles County Office of Education has elected to become subject to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Procedures (CUPCCAA) by resolution, adopted on February 14, 2024. Licensed contractors are invited to be included on its list of qualified vendors by submitting the required information utilizing online form only beginning May 1, 2024 for inclusion on the qualified vendors list for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
