Business Advisory Services

LACOE provides a full range of financial management and consulting services, as well as regionalized business services.

Financial management and consulting services include a variety of state mandated functions, including school district fiscal oversight, and School-Based Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (SMAA) coordination.

Regionalized business services include nonvoter-approved debt issuance, including certificates of participation (COPs) and tax and revenue anticipation notes (TRANs); auditing and coordination of unemployment claims with the third-party administrator; and school district reorganization issues and elections.

Our clients include K-12 school districts, community college districts, and other local educational agencies (JPAs and ROPs) within Los Angeles County.
