About

EASE is a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program providing confidential assessment, brief counseling, referrals, crisis support, wellness services and consultation for member districts and educational organizations.

The Employee Assistance Service for Education (EASE) is a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) dedicated exclusively to supporting the mental health, wellbeing, and resilience of employees in educational organizations. Through partnerships with school districts, county offices of education, community colleges, and educational agencies, EASE provides a continuum of confidential services that promote personal wellbeing, strengthen organizations, and help employees navigate life's personal and professional challenges.

Our services extend beyond traditional employee assistance programs by integrating prevention, early intervention, counseling, crisis response, organizational consultation, professional learning, and workforce wellness initiatives. Whether an employee is seeking support for personal or work-related concerns, a leader is navigating a critical incident, or an organization is working to strengthen employee wellbeing, EASE provides timely, compassionate, and evidence-informed support.

EASE offers confidential counseling for employees and family members, 24/7 phone support, critical incident response, crisis counseling, workshops, support groups, leadership consultation, wellness services, and resources designed specifically for the unique needs of the education community. Our multidisciplinary team understands the complexities of educational environments and partners with organizations to build healthy, resilient workplaces where employees can thrive.

At EASE, we believe that supporting the wellbeing of educators and school employees strengthens the entire educational community. By caring for the people who care for students, we help create healthier schools, stronger organizations, and more resilient communities.
