Pooled Financing Program

Since its inception in 1985, the Los Angeles County Schools Pooled Financing Program (Program) has assisted more than 85 different Los Angeles County school and community college districts in securing approximately $3.7 billion in long and short-term financing. The Program provides districts with easy to use financing services for capital needs, cash flow and investment income.

Sponsored by the LACOE and the Los Angeles County Treasurer-Tax Collector, the Program is also staffed by a dedicated finance team known for superior customer service. The finance team works closely with Superintendents, Chief Business Officials, Directors of Facilities and Directors of Fiscal Services to provide a wide range of finance options that allow districts to benefit from the power of pooled issuance and competitive pricing.
