The annual Los Angeles County Academic Decathlon's "Super Quiz" Competition is back! This high-energy event challenges teams of students as they engage in a fast-paced quiz competition that tests their knowledge on a range of subjects.

Teams of high school students from across Los Angeles County will compete in this intense battle of the brains at San Gabriel High School on January 27th.

The public and media are invited to the “Super Quiz,” to watch and cheer on decathletes as they take turns in teams to solve tough questions in front of a live audience.

When: Saturday, January 27, 2024, 3:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. 

Where: San Gabriel High School, 801 S. Ramona Street, Main Gym (arena)

This event showcases the incredible talents and hard work of our region's brightest students. It's an exciting opportunity for the community to come together and support these young scholars.

This is the first of ten events in the Los Angeles County Academic Decathlon that takes place in a span of three weeks. Teams vie for medals, and the chance to compete at the state and national levels. Winners will be recognized in a special banquet ceremony next month.
