Supporting your mental health and wellbeing through confidential assessment, brief counseling, referrals, wellness resources, and personalized support.

Counseling Services for Employees

Life can be challenging, and you don't have to navigate it alone. As an employee of a participating EASE member organization, you and your eligible family members have access to confidential assessment, brief counseling, consultations, and referrals at no cost to you. Whether you're facing a personal concern, work-related stress, or an unexpected life event, EASE is here to provide support and help you find the resources you need.

Our licensed counselors can assist with a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety, stress, and emotional distress
  • Depression
  • Family, relationship, and parenting concerns
  • Grief, loss, and life transitions
  • Work-related challenges and burnout
  • Substance use concerns
  • Crisis support
  • Conflict resolution

EASE is an assessment and brief counseling program designed to provide early support, practical strategies, and connections to resources when additional or ongoing care is needed. While EASE is not a substitute for your health insurance or long-term mental health treatment, it serves as a valuable first step in accessing the right support at the right time.

Your privacy matters. All EASE services are confidential and are provided in accordance with state and federal privacy laws and professional ethical standards. Your employer is not notified when you access EASE services, except in rare limited situations required by law.

No matter what you're facing, EASE is here to help you take the first step toward feeling better.
