LACOE provides customized support and resources to help educators, schools and districts prepare students for success in their college and career pathways.
LACOE's College and Career Readiness (CCR)/Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) Unit provides customized support, professional development, technical assistance, and coaching for teachers, counselors, Teachers On Special Assignment (TOSAs), and administrators at schools and districts. CCR/AVID is a resource for educators throughout Los Angeles County to address and integrate College and Career Readiness expectations and skills for all students and support the implementation of the AVID College Readiness System (ACRS).
