HELPDESK & BEST SUPPORT

LACOE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES HELP DESK AND BEST SUPPORT provides technical support for school and community college districts in Los Angeles County. Our team of highly skilled engineers will be there to create the correct trouble ticket and get you up and running in the quickest time possible.

We are available via email with a detailed description of your needs to HelpDesk@lacoe.edu or pick up the telephone and call us directly at (562) 922-MyIT (6948).

Saturday and Sunday	Closed
	*Closed on Monday, March 31, 2025 for Cesar Chavez Day
Holiday Hours and Closures	Closed on Monday, May 26, 2025 for Presidents' Day holiday
Walk-Up Service	LACOE Staff our hours of assistance for walk-up service are from 7:30am-4:30pm

Things to Remember When Contacting the Help Desk

In order to better assist you, we need specific information about you, your computer, and the problem that you’re having.
Please have the following information when you contact us:

Your username (LACOE provided username…District will need to provide BEST LOGIN USERNAME)
- Please note that IT Technicians will never ask for your password. Do not provide your password to anyone over the phone or via email.
- All password resets require verification the technician will confirm your identity.
Which LACOE application you need assistance with.
Please provide the exact error message your are receiving or a screenshot
Requesting access please note that requires an IT request form to be completed prior to access provided.
