Welcome to Network Services, a unit of Technology Infrastructure Services. Network Services supports the LACOE Local Area Network and Wide Area Network. The LACOE Local Area Network services the needs of over five thousand LACOE employees over three campuses. The Wide Area Network supports all districts for access to the LACOE Financial Systems as well as most districts as an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Internet filtering is an optional service of the LACOE ISP. Network Services provides LACOE with server support and network applications such as email.

The Network Services unit also oversees the County Office’s Help Desk Center which handles a high volume of trouble calls from districts and LACOE staff using cutting edge tools and exemplary customer service. The Network Services staff is comprised of highly skilled personnel who take pride in the service they provide to LACOE staff, district administrators, teachers and students.

In collaboration with other divisions of Technology Services, our team of dedicated engineers installs, manages and supports both the physical infrastructure and seamless enterprise computing technologies ranging from LACOE’s robust email system with over 3,500 clients, Server Hardware Support Services, Server Backup & Recovery Services, to Mobile Device Management.
