The California Department of Education (CDE) is pleased to announce the Migrant Education Program (MEP) Grant Application for fiscal years 2025-2026.
The purpose of the application is to obtain a comprehensive description of proposed supplementary MEP services and programs to migrant children and families. Funds are determined using approved CDE funding factors.
The CDE is responsible for ensuring that MEP funds are awarded to local educational agencies (LEA) and are used by LEAs in accordance with all applicable statutory requirements.
